Notice of Proposed Amendment to Local Rule for Electronic Filing

Pilot Project for the Courts of Record of White County

 

                                                            June 10, 2010

 

In accordance with Trial Rule 81 of the Indiana Court Rules, the White Circuit and Superior Courts hereby find good cause to deviate from the schedule for adopting new local court rules under TR 81 (D) and give notice to the bar and the public that the Courts propose to amend the Local Rules by implementing a pilot project for electronic filing at LR 91-AR 16-1-101 to 2-107, “E-Filing Rules”, subject to Supreme Court Division of State Court Administration approval, with a proposed start date of July 12, 2010.

 

In accordance with Trial Rule 81(B), the time period for the bar and the public to comment shall begin on June 10, 2010, and shall close on July 9, 2010.

 

Comments by the bar and the public should be made in writing and mailed to:

A paper copy of the proposed local rule for an electronic filing pilot project will be

available for viewing during normal business hours in the office of the Clerk of White County, White County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, 110 North Main Street, Monticello IN.
